Seller Testamonial:
After two years on the market with the biggest firms in town, Sally said 'if you let me list your house, I'll sell it in six weeks' -- and guess what? She did!  Whether you're looking to sell or buy, Sally is without a doubt the broker to call.

SALLY DALEY, Owner/ Broker
Known for marketing savvy, boundless energy and an ability to merge creativity with analytics, Sally's represented clients in the purchase and sale of properties ranging from $300,000 to $4.1 million.  Prior to entering real estate, Sally and her husband Dick ran their own Connecticut-based marketing firm for 20 years providing marketing, advertising and public relations service for clients across the globe like Citibank, Hyatt Hotels, Champion Paper, Nine West Shoes, National Multiple Sclerosis Society and others.

A veteran of the relocation industry, Sally was tapped as the youngest manager ever at Homequity (now Cendant) to manage a closing department of 14  that conducted in-house closings on properties across the country and distributed millions of proceeds annually. There, she also oversaw the launch of the Dallas office closing department, taught at Homequity University and managed the computerization of the settlement distribution process for all three regional offices.

An admitted perfectionist and believer in giving back to the community in which she lives, Sally's best known locally as founder of the 2005 Vero Beach Book Festival  that showcased the historic downtown as it brought 50 authors in from across the country and drew over 6,000 attendees in a celebration of Vero's strong literary heritage.  This first of its kind event offered participation to all area non profits and school groups sharing a concern for reading and literacy. In addition to launching the book festival, Sally’s other non-profit commitments include conducting pro bono marketing for her church's Community Church Concert Series and serving as a Chairperson of her church’s Board of Adult Music and its  former chair of Board of Adult Ministry

A member of the Realtors Association of Indian River County and a native of Connecticut, Sally, Dick and their daughter Molly, a 2007 graduate of St. Edwards School and Junior at McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario, Canada, relocated to paradise in 2001 after their extensive research for the perfect place to call home along the Eastern Seaboard led them to Vero Beach.  When she is not scouring the island for ideal properties for clients or assessing the perfect medium to promote a listing, Sally can usually be found working out in her lap pool where she’s reluctantly using her legendary energy to transform into a long distance swimmer after 30 years of running convinced her knees that it’s time for a change!

DICK DALEY, MARKETING
A life-long entrepreneur, Dick launched his marketing firm providing service to Nine West Shoes and Texaco.  Wife Sally joined the firm in the mid-1980s when they together grew the firm to providing service to additional nationally known clients like Citibank, Champion Paper, and scores of others.  They also provided strategic marketing to local New England firms like Norwalk Savings Society, Crystal Rock Water and Cornerstone Bank to elevate their profiles while in the acquisition process.  Beyond providing bottom-line oriented marketing service, the business also included a chain of retail apparel shops called Cotton State, developed in response to continuous consumer demand for the high quality, USA-made apparel the firm routinely sourced and produced for its marketing clients. Sold in 1995, the shops still exist today in Bethel and New Milford, Connecticut.

A Detroit native and son of a life long Cadillac man, Dick remains an avid automotive aficionado who with Sally produced their own special event entertainment properties like the highly regarded Sweet Dreams Automotive Exhibit & Polo Cup held at Greenwich Polo Club from which was born the Greenwich Concours D’Elegance and Louis Vuitton Automotive Exhibitions.  The firm’s most recent independent property it developed was the traveling museum exhibition Designs Through Time that celebrated the history of the motorcycle.  Touring for the past five years at museums across the country, the exhibition smashed attendance records wherever it went.  Still in existence, the firm recently sold the exhibition to a national exhibitions company.  Other lifestyle properties created and produced by the firm include the Connoissuer Series for Hyatt Hotelsand the Greenwich Food & Wine Festival  with national sponsors such as Audi of North America, Kobrands and Whole Foods. When he’s not in the office devising innovative marketing strategies, Dick can usually be found in his bright red 1988 Porsche 930 en route  to taking his bright red inflatable kayak  for a paddle along his beloved Indian River, as he does religiously four to five times weekly.
